September was a strong month for YBP events and participation!
Thank you to Lincoln Cabinet and Counter Culture for hosting the YBP tailgate again this year! YBP served as celebrity judges for the third year in the Annual Lighthouse Salsa Contest. It’s great seeing the pride the youth have for their creations.
The last Midday Meetup of 2019 is scheduled at the HBAL office on Tuesday, October 22. We encourage all YBP members to join for networking and lunch as we round out the year. Lastly, the Lighthouse needs volunteers to assist with the setup of their annual haunted house in the gym on Wednesday, October 30. If you’re unable to attend but still want to show support and get involved, YBP will be collecting candy donations at the HBAL office through the 30th.
