I would like to thank everyone for the confidence in trusting me to be President for the Home Builders Association of Lincoln in 2020. This is a great opportunity for me to give back my time, talent and treasures to an industry that is an important part of my life. I have seen a lot of changes in the homebuilding industry throughout the years. We have gone through difficult and slow times, energy and code changes as well as labor force shortages and housing affordability issues. I encourage everyone to become more involved in the Association because it allows us all to be part of the solution to solve issues, make the homebuilding industry stronger and help make positive change for the building industry. The Home Builders Association of Lincoln helps every one of us succeed, whether it is fighting for affordable housing, fair regulation changes, keeping members up to date or encouraging the younger generation to become involved. This association is part of the glue that holds the Lincoln building industry together. I look forward to serving as your President this year.
