The Nebraska Builders Home & Garden Show is a yearly event that is a community favorite! Most homeowners believe face-to-face interactions are the most important source of home improvement information.

Your Home Show Check List will be emailed in December 2020 to the address you listed on your 2021 Exhibitor Contract. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email. Links to the files are also available below:

FAQs

Where are exhibitors allowed to park?

During the Show, we want to provide the public with the most convenient parking. To do this, we ask all Exhibitors to park in the lots located east of Pavilion Four. There is also a limited amount of Exhibitor parking available south of the Exhibitor Entrance which is on the south side of Pavilion Four.

How do I get electricity, wi-fi, and other services?

The Lancaster Event Center has an online portal where vendors can purchase a variety of services, including:

  • Pre-ordered Booth Catering

*Portal open after December 15. To access the portal, click on the Nebraska Builders Home & Garden Show Exhibitor Services graphic on www.lancastereventcenter.org. The portal will stay open until 3 days prior to the show, but will have late pricing in effect after 45 days (gas) or 14 days (all other services) prior to show. Please see the Official Order Form (available in the Fall) for specific deadlines for special services.

Note: LEC services ordered after the online portal closes are NOT guaranteed to be delivered before the show starts.

What are the hours of the Show?
  • Friday: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Sunday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
What timeframe do exhibitors have to move in/out?

Move-In Hours:

  • Wednesday: 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm
  • Thursday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

No fork-lifts allowed after Thursday at 8 p.m. All overhead doors will be locked Thursday night.

Move-Out Hours:

  • Sunday: 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Monday: 8:00 am to 12:00 noon

How much is a booth?

A standard 10′ by 10′ booth is $731 for non-members and $550 for HBAL members. A multi-booth discount does apply.

How do I get member pricing?

Complete and submit the HBAL Membership Application with the applicable dues along with your Home Show Contract. Your membership will be submitted to the HBAL Board of Directors for approval at the next monthly board meeting. If for any reason your application is not approved, you will be required to pay non-member pricing.
