Questions before you exhibit?
Find quick answers about booth reservations, event services, sponsorships, and preparing for the Nebraska Builders Home & Garden Show.
How much is a booth?
A standard 10' by 10' booth is $800 for non-members and $600 for HBAL members. A multi-booth discount does apply.
How do I get electricity, wi-fi, and other services?
The Sandhills Global Event Center has an online portal where vendors can purchase a variety of services, including:
- Electrical Services
- Tradeshow Internet Services
- Booth Setup/Teardown Labor
- Natural Gas Hookup
- Cold Water Services
- Pre-ordered Booth Catering
- Custom Catering
- Cafe & Bar Vouchers
- Printing Services
*Portal will open by December 15. To access the portal, click "Book Tradeshow Services" under the "Exhibitors" menu on www.sandhillsglobaleventcenter.org and find Nebraska Builders Home and Garden Show.
The portal will stay open until 3 days prior to the show, but will have late pricing in effect after 45 days (gas) or 14 days (all other services) prior to show.
Please see the Official Order Form (available in the Fall) for specific deadlines for special services.
Note: Services ordered after the online portal closes are NOT guaranteed to be delivered before the show starts.
When can I set up/tear down my booth?
- Wednesday: 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm
- Thursday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
No fork-lifts allowed after Thursday at 3:00 pm. All overhead doors will be locked Thursday afternoon.
Move-Out Hours:
- Sunday: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Monday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
What are our options for lodging?
The Sandhills Global Event Center provides a list of hotels here. Discounted rates may apply.
Where are exhibitors allowed to park?
During the Show, we want to provide the public with the most convenient parking. To do this, we ask all Exhibitors to park in the lots located east of TractorHouse Pavilion.
There is also a limited amount of Exhibitor parking available south of the Exhibitor Entrance, which is on the south side of TractorHouse Pavilion.
How do I get member pricing?
Complete and submit the HBAL Membership Application with the applicable dues along with your Home Show Contract. Your membership will be submitted to the HBAL Board of Directors for approval at the next monthly board meeting. If for any reason your application is not approved, you will be required to pay non-member pricing.
