Every November, HBAL members gather to make wooden toys to be donated to the Lincoln Police Department. Officers distribute these toys to children they encounter while on the job who need a little extra cheer during the holiday season. Since 1988, HBAL members have made over 2,200 wonderful toys for the Santa Cop program.
Builders & Burritos gives our members an opportunity to meet current TCA students in the Construction and HVAC pathways and see their projects. The students are able to ask questions, learn about how HBAL can assist in their education and make connections with potential employers.
The Remodelers Council is collecting hats, mittens, gloves and other cold weather items for a few of Lincoln’s elementary schools. Please keep this in mind as you start your holiday shopping!
It’s BINGO, not music trivia, so you’ll catch on faster than the crowd yelling “bah bah bah!” during the Neil Diamond classic! With the help of Shazam, Google and your tablemates, you’re sure to have a night full of laughs and maybe a spontaneous sing-along or two! (Are you humming “Sweet Caroline” yet? )
So skip the fuss and party with us! Invite your employees and make this your company holiday party — Good times never seemed so good! (“So good! So good! So good!” )
Reservations are required. More details and link to register for the next Remodelers Council Meeting are available here.
