About the Tour
Each spring, the Remodelers Council of Lincoln opens remodeled homes for public viewing, giving attendees a first-hand look at completed renovation projects throughout the area. Tour kitchens, bathrooms, basements, room additions, sunrooms and more while gathering ideas for your own home. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with local remodelers, ask questions and see the quality of their work in a real home setting.
Whether you are ready to start a project or just beginning to explore what is possible, the Tour of Remodeled Homes is a helpful way to find inspiration and meet professionals who can bring your ideas to life.

Interested in showcasing your remodeling work?
The Tour of Remodeled Homes is a valuable opportunity for remodelers to highlight completed projects, connect with homeowners and show the quality of their work in a real home setting. Participating homes may include kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, sunrooms and other remodeling projects that help attendees imagine what is possible in their own space.
To participate, remodelers must be members of the Remodelers Council of Lincoln and in good standing. Non-members who would like to enter a project must apply for membership and be approved before submitting a Tour contract.
