It is hard to believe that my year as President of the Home Builders is coming to an end. As I reflect on the year, and the opportunities I had to attend various meetings, luncheons and other gatherings, it has been an honor to represent our Association. I enjoyed growing relationships with other community organizations who support our industry and getting to know so many new people.
I want to thank the current board members and Executive Committee for your support of the Association and the time you spent serving on various boards in the last year. As many of you know, we would not be as strong of an association without our amazing staff. Michaela you do an amazing job of juggling all the meetings and keeping the President and Board on top of all that is going on in our community. Jennie, I can’t even list all the various rolls you fill, but you always make sure we get our duties done. Laure, thank you for your time answering random questions and keeping our bookkeeping flowing smoothly.
Beau Daffer, I know you will do a great job as President and I’m here for you if you have questions. Enjoy the time as it flies by quickly. I may now be a Past President, but I will not disappear that easily–I look forward to many years to come as a Home Builder member.
