I hope everyone has thawed out from our Artic cold days. I thought maybe it would miss us this year, but I guess not. All our plants and offices were closed on February 15 & 16 due to the cold. Weather definitely plays a part in the construction business.
The weather was warmer for our tour of the Post Lofts. We had a good turn out with 16 members attending. I enjoyed looking at all the old brick that was left as part of the design. Especially the areas that had advertisement still painted on them. I would like to thank Bo Jones, Jared Muth and Josh Schaben with Tru-Built for giving us the tour.
March 12-14 is the Home & Garden Show. We will be collecting canned goods again at the door but will not have the house set up. I’m glad it was moved from February to March as the weekend it was originally planned would have been extremely cold.
