The Remodelers Council of Lincoln held its January 2020 meeting at the newly remodeled HBAL office. Guest speaker was Stephanie Vanous, Vice President for Zelle HR Solutions. The title of her presentation was “Human Resources and Its Impact on Business Success.” She spends the majority of her time working with clients on developing initiatives to improve culture and engagement. Steph has helped clients implement new human resources processes to improve innovation, engagement, profit and loss and process improvement.
