The Fall Parade of Homes is just around the corner, and it’s more than a showcase of beautiful homes—it’s a chance for HBAL members to put their businesses in front of thousands of potential customers and connect with others in the industry.
October 4–11, 2026, the Fall Parade will once again showcase new homes throughout the Lincoln area, giving the public an opportunity to see the latest in home design, construction, products and services.
For builders, the Parade is an especially valuable opportunity to showcase your work, but the benefits extend throughout the HBAL membership. Every home on the Parade represents the work of numerous subcontractors, suppliers, designers, Realtors and other businesses that help bring a project from plans to completion.
Use the Parade to Tell Your Story
If your company is involved with a Parade home, make the most of the exposure. Encourage your customers and followers to visit the home, share photos and behind-the-scenes content on social media, and highlight the products or services your company provided.
Even members who don’t have a home in the Parade can use the event as a source of content and inspiration. Share Parade information with your customers, invite them to tour the homes, or use the event as an opportunity to start conversations about their own building, remodeling or home improvement plans.
