The Home Builders Association of Lincoln’s (HBAL) Fall Parade of Homes is the week of October 6-13. Every spring and fall, HBAL organizes a Parade of Homes for the public, offering potential home buyers a unique opportunity to walk through new homes and meet the builders. From Sunday, October 6 through Sunday, October 13, homes will be open weeknights from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Whether you are looking for a new home now or to build in the future, the Parade is a great opportunity to meet many builders and their representatives. Be sure to ask questions and give feedback as I know many builders welcome the opportunity to share ideas and hear from attendees.
