Every spring and fall, HBAL organizes a Parade of Homes for the public, offering potential home buyers a great opportunity to walk through new homes and meet the builders. Beginning Mother’s Day, May 10 through Sunday, May 17, homes will be open weeknights from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The online 2026 Spring Parade guidebook will be available at hbal.org/parade a few weeks prior to the start of the Parade.
This event is a celebration of craftsmanship, innovation, and the dedication of our local builders, designers, and subcontractors. As you tour these beautiful homes, you’ll find inspiration in the latest trends, thoughtful designs, and quality construction that make Lincoln a great place to live.
