My wife Christy and I will be married 29 years this December. We have two children, Jake and Gracie. Jake is 27 and married and works and lives in Goodland, Texas as a Behavior Interventionist in the school system. Gracie is 23 and is living in North Hollywood pursuing a dance and choreography career.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
Professional athlete
Where are you from? Where did you go to school?
I am from Lincoln and attended Southeast High School, then UNL.
When you’re not working, how do you enjoy spending your time?
I enjoy golfing, spending as much time as I can with my family, traveling, and watching Cubs baseball and Husker football.
Who is someone who’s made a big impact on your life?
My dad, he has taught me pretty much everything I know, and he is just a great person.

What do you love the most about your job?
Being able to help people build or buy their dream homes, and all of the amazing co-workers I have.
How long have you been a member of HBAL?
Close to 20 years I believe.
How has your career benefited from being a member of HBAL?
It has been a great networking tool to help grow personally and professionally.
What is your favorite HBAL event and why?
The annual Golf event at Highlands. I used to be on the committee for the event and I know how much hard work goes into getting it ready and it is always a really fun event.
