My wife’s name is Jackie, and we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary this past May. We have two daughters and a son—Lennon (6), Eleanor (5) and Wyatt (born 4/11/25). We also have a dog named Ben, a 1-year-old German Shepherd/Husky/Lab mix who looks like a big black wolf.

What would be the theme song of your life right now?
Let It Be – The Beatles

What are you currently reading or listening to?
I’m reading the Star Wars: The New Jedi Order series. Musically, I’ve been cycling through Dirty Heads, Ballyhoo!, and Bumpin Uglies on Spotify.

Name a recent movie you watched that blew you away:
I haven’t had much time to watch movies lately. When I do, it’s usually with my kids. The most recent one we saw together was Moana 2.

Born and raised in Lincoln. I went to Lincoln Southeast High School.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know?
Most people are surprised to learn I was a theatre major in college.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever done?
Apparently, I’m pretty boring—nothing too wild comes to mind. One thing people do think is strange: I like peanut butter and mayonnaise sandwiches.

What is your greatest talent that you don’t utilize in your daily work life?
I have the voice of an angel. Some say it’s a mix between Fergie and Jesus.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Not sure it counts as a “superpower,” but I’d like to be a Jedi.

When you’re not working, how do you enjoy spending your time?
Hanging out and doing activities with my family. Otherwise, I love golfing.

Who is someone who’s made a big impact on your life? Why?
My mom—for countless reasons. Not only did she bring me into the world, but she taught me to be kind and compassionate. She showed me how to treat people with respect, even when it’s not returned. She’s always been there for me and truly is the best!

If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would it be and why?
A fighter pilot—just to experience flying in a jet and feeling the G-forces. Although, I’d need the pilot to do the actual flying for me.

If you could have dinner with one famous person, past or present, who would it be?
J.R.R. Tolkien. I’d love to pick his brain about his books and hear his stories over dinner and drinks.

I love being of service and helping people. It feels great to know we’ve fixed something for someone or helped them complete a project.

Always be kind and polite to everyone—you never know when you might need help from them down the road. People remember how you treated them.
