The Home Builders Association of Lincoln held its 75th Annual Installation & Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, January 28 at Hillcrest Country Club. At the event, Jereme Montgomery, Stephens & Smith Construction Company, was installed as President of the Association along with the following:

- Building & Safety Employee of the Year Award – Pat Genrich
- Associate of the Year – Ryan Trausch (Lincoln Federal Savings Bank)
- President’s Awards – Scott Schneider (Schneider Custom Homes) and Michaela Schwarten (HBAL)
In addition to the above, Ward Fred Hoppe was presented with a Lifetime Membership Award for his dedication to HBAL and the home building industry.
