Construction Career Day will take place Wednesday, April 22, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Haymarket Park. This hands-on event is your chance to step into the role of educator, mentor and influencer for local high school students who may one day be your future workforce. Last year, dozens of HBAL members hosted interactive activities, shared their passion for construction and showed students what a day in the industry really looks like — from operating equipment and hammering nails to talking about career paths that earn strong wages and genuine job satisfaction.
