Each April, the Home Builders Association of Lincoln’s Tour of Remodeled Homes invites the community to step inside some inspiring transformations. It’s where creativity meets craftsmanship and remodelers’ work takes center stage. If your team recently completed a stunning kitchen overhaul, a spa-worthy bath, a basement glow-up or a full-scale renovation, the Tour is your moment to shine. Participation is an effective way to connect with homeowners who are actively thinking about improving their homes.
Reasons to Enter Your Project
1. Generate qualified leads
Meet homeowners who are actively exploring renovation projects and ready to talk next steps.
2. Elevate your brand
Tour participation enhances your visibility and signals professionalism, quality and leadership within the industry.
3. Extend your marketing reach
A single entry delivers multi-channel promotion and direct engagement with attendees.
Guidebook Advertising
Want even more visibility? The official Tour of Remodeled Homes Guidebook is often kept long after the event ends, making it a powerful marketing tool. Advertising in the guidebook puts your brand directly in homeowners’ hands while they’re in remodeling mode. Even better: companies entering a project receive a discounted ad rate, making it an easy way to amplify your presence. As a subcontractor or supplier, guidebook advertising places your company in front of homeowners planning updates—and the remodelers designing those projects. It’s prime exposure with people actively considering renovations, plus the professionals they rely on for products, materials and services.
