Mourning Hope

The Remodelers Council of Lincoln held its April 2021 meeting touring Mourning Hope Grief Center’s new facility. This beautiful building feels more like a home when you walk in allowing those who use their services to feel comfortable and safe as they navigate through the challenges when faced with the death of a loved one. Younger children are given space to explore their feelings through play in the giant playhouse, time machine, hospital room or stage. Older kids have space to process events in a variety of rooms based on what they need at the time. So much thought has gone into this facility and it is a wonderful resource for the Lincoln community!
