The holiday season is approaching. I look forward to this joyous time and getting together with friends and family.
I just attended a peer roundtable meeting with other remodelers from all over the country. We talked about our companies, team members, future goals and struggles. It is an exceptional resource for us. I encourage everyone to have a support team to help you step back, think and hold us accountable – outside of the day-to-day. Your team deserves to have great leadership from you and accountability starts at the top. So, as you close out this year, think of someone you can ask to be a sounding board and be the person to hold you accountable. Most people are more than happy to help if you ask.
We are looking forward to touring CenterPointe’s rennovation of Trabert Hall on November 6. Then, the Holiday Party will feature Music Bingo at the HBAL office on December 11. I hope to see you there!
