It always amazes me how fast time goes by this time of year. Kids are back in school, sports are in full swing and the holidays will soon be here. Fall is also a time to make plans and set goals for the new year. If you haven’t already done so, be sure to get your exhibitor contract in for the Nebraska Builders Home & Garden Show. We have participated in this event as long as I can remember, and we appreciate being able to meet new customers and visit with past clients. One thing that will be different this year is we will not be putting up the Food Bank House. Instead, HBAL will be donating 10% of ticket sales to the Food Bank of Lincoln.
The next Remodelers Council Meeting is October 2. Matt Firestone, Jereme Montgomery and Bo Jones will be speaking about how they are Recruiting the Next Generation. On November 6, we’ll be touring CenterPointe’s Trabert Hall renovation, and for our Holiday Party on December 11, we will have music bingo. Be sure to mark those dates on your calendar!
