Today, the Garb brings you Andrew Schellpeper with Murray Custom Homes. Andrew is a project manager for Murray Custom Homes and his job is to keep projects moving along efficiently. Keeping in direct contact with subcontractors regarding scheduling and payment. After the building process, Andrew works with the homeowners to ensure warranty items are addressed in a timely fashion. I was first introduced to Andrew 5 years ago through the Home Builders Association of Lincoln, otherwise known as HBAL. We have both been active members of HBAL and their committees such as Careers in Construction. A committee dedicated to increasing awareness of construction careers.
